RETURN & REFUND

We are NOT responsible and DO NOT provide any RETURN, REFUND, or EXCHANGE support in the following cases:
1. Incorrect product information provided by the customer (size, shape, quantity, style)
2. Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer (address, phone number)
3. Damage to nails caused by improper use by the customer
4. After-sales support requests made outside the designated support period

We DO provide RETURN, REFUND, or EXCHANGE support in the following cases:
1. Customer received the wrong product
2. Nails were damaged or parts were missing upon receipt
3. Product defects occurred within 7 days of delivery
4. Package lost during transit

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received
This could be because your local post office delivered your package to the wrong address or left it at a specific location (back door, mailbox, window) without notifying you. Please contact your local post office for assistance and support.

Order Cancellation
Cancellations are available within 24 hours of placing an order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly.
After 24 hours, cancellations are not available, and refunds are not supported.
