All nails are made to order.

Delivery time: 3 - 8 business days (US)

Free shipping on one item to the USA, Canada, UK, Germany, and France. For other countries, shipping costs range from $5.99 to $14.99. You can see the exact shipping fee by entering your delivery address at checkout.

Where is Orange Nails Art located? Can you ship to my country?

We are located in California, USA, and we offer shipping to over 40 countries worldwide. If you're able to place an order, it means we can ship to your location via air freight with doorstep delivery.

Is there an extra charge for changing the nail shape or size?

NO! We offer free changes to nail shape and size, and customization is also free of charge. There are no additional costs.

Refund & Return

Due to the custom nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. We are not responsible for errors caused by the customer or for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for any breakage or damage if the nails are not used according to the provided instructions.

But, there is a 7-day after-sales period following delivery. If there are issues due to our fault, such as product errors or damage upon receipt, please contact info@orangenailsart.co within 7 days of delivery, and we will provide a satisfactory solution. After 7 days, we won’t be able to address any product concerns.

What are Orange Nails Art's working days?

We’re open Monday through Saturday. Sundays and holidays are rest days with no nail production or shipping.
